1 Introduction

Welcome to winboxh5 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). winboxh5 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated under an international gaming licence and made available to eligible users, including players located in Malaysia. The Platform is accessible at https://winboxh5.cam and via any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and winboxh5 governing all access to and use of the Platform, including registration, deposits, gameplay, sports betting, bonus claims, and withdrawals. By creating an account or accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the Platform. winboxh5 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Account Eligibility

To create an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. winboxh5 applies a minimum age of 21 in line with internationally recognised standards for licensed casino and sports betting operations.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation on the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are not acting as an agent for or on behalf of any third party in relation to your Account.
• You have not been diagnosed or assessed as having a gambling addiction that would make your participation contrary to your personal wellbeing or the terms of any self-exclusion agreement.
• Your Funds deposited on the Platform are derived from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity.

winboxh5 reserves the right to request documentation to verify any of the above eligibility conditions at any time. Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any bonus credits. Real-money deposits held at the time of suspension will be returned to the payment method used, subject to verification requirements.

4 Account Registration & KYC

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. You must promptly update your Account information if any of these details change.

KYC Verification: To comply with our obligations under the international gaming licence and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards, winboxh5 requires identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. Verification documentation typically includes:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian NRIC, passport).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Where applicable, proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account showing registered name).

winboxh5 may also conduct enhanced due diligence on accounts exhibiting unusual transaction patterns or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect misuse. You consent to these checks by creating an Account.

5 Terms of Use

By using the Platform, you agree to the following general terms of use:

• You will access the Platform using only your registered Account credentials and will not share your login details with any third party.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account password. winboxh5 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
• You will not use any automated systems, bots, scripts, or other software to interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly permitted by winboxh5.
• You will not attempt to exploit any technical error, vulnerability, or malfunction in the Platform's software or infrastructure. Any such exploitation will result in immediate Account termination and may be referred to relevant authorities.
• You acknowledge that all gambling involves risk, and that winnings are not guaranteed. You participate on the Platform entirely at your own discretion and financial risk.
• You will not engage in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated play intended to disadvantage other players or manipulate outcomes.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

winboxh5 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to Malaysian players, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and select cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or in the cryptocurrency equivalent calculated at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction.

Minimum deposit: RM30 for most payment methods. Minimum cryptocurrency deposit equivalent is MYR 30 at the rate applicable at time of transaction.

Withdrawal requirements: All withdrawals require a completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit into your Account or registered in your verified Account profile. winboxh5 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Indicative processing times:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay: Typically under 5 minutes from approval.
• DuitNow / FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): Typically 5–15 minutes from approval during banking hours.
• Direct bank wire transfer: Typically 15–60 minutes from approval.

The above timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed. winboxh5 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Users will be notified where such checks are initiated.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

winboxh5 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering requirements: Bonuses are not withdrawable as cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Welcome bonuses typically carry a wagering requirement of between 15x and 25x the bonus amount. Specific requirements are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time period (typically 7–30 days from the date of issue, as stated in the promotion).
• Game contributions: Different game categories may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• One bonus per household: Bonuses are issued on a per-individual basis. Players sharing an IP address, device, or payment method with another Account holder are not eligible to claim the same bonus more than once across those accounts.
• Abuse and misuse: winboxh5 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: arbitrage betting to satisfy wagering requirements, coordinated bonus farming, or misrepresentation of eligibility.

8 Betting Rules

All sports bets and casino wagers placed on winboxh5 are subject to the specific rules governing each game or market, as published within the relevant section of the Platform. The following general rules apply to all wagering activity:

• A bet is considered confirmed and placed when a bet receipt or confirmation reference number is generated by the Platform. Verbally communicated or pending bets do not constitute confirmed wagers.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect odds display, winboxh5 reserves the right to void the affected bet(s). Players will be notified and stakes returned to their Account balance.
• winboxh5 reserves the right to impose maximum win limits on individual bets or across a player's account, particularly on early-odds markets or where irregularities are detected.
• All live betting decisions (in-play markets) are final once confirmed by the Platform, even if a goal, point, or result has occurred moments before the bet was accepted.
• Asian handicap, over/under, and mix parlay bets are governed by standard international sports betting rules. In the event of a dispute, the Platform's internal adjudication shall be final, subject to the escalation process in Section 14.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform using another person's Account credentials.
• Using any device, software, or algorithm to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider information wagering, or any form of fraud in connection with sports betting or casino gameplay.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Creating multiple Accounts or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-person policy.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or jurisdiction of residence during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited without appropriate authorisation.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward Platform staff or other players via any customer support channel.

10 Responsible Gambling

winboxh5 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity. All Account holders have access to the following responsible gambling features, available upon request from our support team:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a specified period.
• Session reminders: Configure automatic reminders of session duration to encourage regular breaks.
• Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Minimum age enforcement: winboxh5 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. We use KYC verification to enforce this requirement and will terminate any Account found to belong to a person under the minimum age.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data, and multimedia elements — is the proprietary property of winboxh5 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any Platform content or software without the express written consent of winboxh5.

The winboxh5 name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of the Platform operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winboxh5 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services.

winboxh5's total cumulative liability to any individual User for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit winboxh5's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

winboxh5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Repeated technical abuse or exploitation of Platform errors.
• A User's own voluntary request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate the restriction of access.

Upon termination for prohibited conduct, winboxh5 reserves the right to withhold any bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited activity. Verified real-money deposits not associated with any prohibited conduct will be returned to the User subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and AML checks.

Users wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Outstanding balances will be returned following standard verification procedures.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which winboxh5 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the following resolution process:

• Informal resolution: You agree to first contact winboxh5 support to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. Our support team will endeavour to respond to all dispute submissions within 5 business days.
• Formal escalation: If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of the initial complaint submission, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant adjudication body designated under winboxh5's gaming licence terms.
• Binding arbitration: In the absence of resolution through the above steps, any remaining dispute shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The language of proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your local jurisdiction.

15 Amendments to These Terms

winboxh5 reserves the right to revise, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account, or by prominent notice on the Platform, no fewer than 7 days prior to the effective date of the change where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account as set out in Section 13.
